Damn that's a pretty sight. Let me see? Left to right: Mt. Rainier, Mt. St. Helens, Mt. Adams. We didn't break out of the fog until this afternoon here in Eugene. *EDIT* Not to take away from Bang's awesome pic, but wanted to add a pic I took while shooting last year. Looking down at the valley, which is fogged in, the tall hill in the middle is the top of Spencer's Butte.

Very cool! The band Yes wrote the Chorus for the song Roundabout inspired by that very same thing. "In and around the lake Mountains come out of the sky and they Stand there" Bang (Oh and speaking of Eugene the old lady's son and daughter inlaw and g-kids live down there. We get down that way a couple of times a year. Have to hook up sometime and go blasting.) |
