Does anyone in the Atlanta area sell your guns on consignment?  I'm in Canton area, i asked both Cherokee and Dawsonville gun and they said no.  My Dad is looking to get rid of around a dozen and didn't want to have to deal with selling them online.

If you priced them aggressively, you could probably end up getting the same amount of money in a weekend on ODT.

Anything interesting or just sporting shotguns / rifles etc

Ok thanks, it's all handguns.  Your right, I did just speak to Hi Caliber and he said they do do consignment.  I don't have the gun list yet, he is still getting me that.

I rented a table at a gun show once to sell some guns, accessories, and ammo.   I sold out of everything in the first day.  Table was only $25 bucks.

Not to thread jack, but I have a slightly related question, does anyone know of any shops in the Atlanta area that outright buy guns for fair prices? I realize they have to leave some meat on the bone for resale.

post in the EE and say "FTF (your area)"

Then you can still get a local sale and walk away with the cash.

As for selling to a dealer, I would expect to get 50% of (used) retail, minus some pawn stars treatment.  . They will likely tell you you are way better off selling them yourself.
