It looks like we are gonna have around 40 folks next weekend if we don't have a bunch bail due to the I-85 fiasco. RedWolf and I plan to buy lots of burgers, dogs, buns, condiments, water, and some fizzy drinks. We're planning to leave it up to y'all to bring some sides to round out the banquet. Chips, tater salad, macaroni salad, baked beans, deviled eggs, brownies, pie, (mmmmm PIE!) etc, etc, etc.
I'll start a list so we don't end up with 32 folks bringing chips. (32 folks bringing PIE would be OK though! The Food List Emu..............................Yummy? pea salad that folks either love or hate!
Draconis........................Chips, baked beans, 1 ketchup, 1 mustard, 1 relish, Plates, Plastic spoons, forks, knives Tok762 (jr.)...................Jalapeño poppers!
EKD...............................2 bite Brownies mmmmmm BROWNIES!!! Gentleman4561..............Venison
MisterTwo.....................Cookies! doomtrprz71..................Chips for supper
milsurphunter.................Chips and other premade goodies xerxes2695.....................Bacon wrapped dates
Scarlett10mm.................Macaroni salad (wouldn't be a cookout with out THAT!!!!) ![]() ![]()

While I am not able to attend I did notice that Kroger had pork shoulders on sale for $0.99/ lb. I plan on picking up a couple to freeze. |

If we are gonna have 40-50 people I'm gonna just do chicken and maybe a pork loin or two. Ill have tables and two pop up tents. From what I've seen in the past, there's usually about 10-15% that get a last minute conflict. But ya never know....

I can bring mixture of venison that can be cooked saturday night if need be? I think Fury and I plan to arrive late friday afternoon and leave at some point Saturday night. If we an pick up anything, let us know.

I'll be bringing cookies, probably just grab a couple dozen from Publix if everyone is good with that. I will spare everyone from having to eat anything I've cooked or prepared myself.

My wife will be at work, but she'll have time to make something Friday for me to bring if there's anything in particular that's needed. If it were up to me, I'd probably just grab something at Costco ;-)
Edit for clarity: I'll only be there Saturday, she'll be able to cook something Friday for me to bring. I have multiple coolers, do I need to bring them? |

ETA: It sounds like you're pretty certain you'll be there so I took the ~maybe~ off of you, on the list. It's a shame the wife can't come too! |

That'd be great! And I appreciate the reminder that you'll be there too late for lunch. That'll help us with planning! Still on the hook for all of your +5 for supper? |

OK what do we need for lunch that I can pick up on the way? If nothing I'll bring a donation toward the meat and stuff. But if there is something we need sing out. Mostly, we want everyone to get their hind ends down here and have a great time with your fellow HTF homies!!! |

YAY!!! BROWNIES!!!!
