Having to wait til about 4:30 to vote. My daughter is coming back from UGA to vote for her very first time. My wife and I are meeting her here at the shop, then I'll close the shop, while we all go to vote together.
I'm hoping my son makes it back from work in time to vote! If he misses, it will be the first time he's missed in the 5 years since he's been old enough to vote. |

Wife, daughter, and I, voted about 5:00. There were a LOT of folks there for being in such a rural county. Two out of three of us voted for Cruz. The wife refuses to reveal, as her mother is a bleeding heart liberal, and Mrs. Emu is prolly afraid of her momma finding out she voted for Cruz too....
No word yet on Emu Jr. making it to the polls, but it seems unlikely. |

| The Midway Park (Forsyth County) poll was pretty jammed when I stopped there at lunchtime, with a queue outside to get in. In line, I couldn't decide if I wanted to get a D or R ballot until the last second. I was half-ass thinking of voting for grandfather clock just to go against Hillary (my sole political motivation in this election is to keep her out of the WH in any way I can). I ended up checking Cruz. |
