I having some major issues trying to order something from AAC. I've called, emailed and tried to order it off their website with my damn the man promotion code. Their checkout page appears to be down, no one will answer the phone, and no returned emails yet. Anyone contact them with success recently? Anyone have a POC and extension number I can try? I'm seeing new inventory come into my LGS so I know they're still shipping stuff. Thanks.

Regarding your question there is literally one guy there running sales/ CS. Lots of shows happening in January and not enough people to go around.  Like 10 3-4 day shows every single day in January.  You're probably not gonna get through.
