Hey guys, fairly new to the forum, but a long time lurker. I have a friend who is visiting her grandmother from out of town up in Winder. Her grandfather is in the late stages of terminal cancer and the family is short of funds. Their water heater has gone out, totally. It's a 60 gallon electric that services a 3/2 bath home. I would replace it if I knew how, but it's beyond my ability.

Does anyone know a plumber in that area, or anyone that can help do this on a budget. I will will buy the water heater and help pay for the install, I just can't foot the whole thing from a random plumber. I do have some ammo and other gun related stuff if we can barter also. Please let me know if anyone can help with this. Thanks.....

Water heaters are the most simple item to replace. Cut then out with a pipe cutter. Then replace it and use shark bites instead of soldering it back in place.

And a 40 gal would be more than sufficient for them.
