She pushes for more info and he says.. well you know how some people smoke plants like drugs and they pipe them. Dad took it from me and threw it away.

So I ask him, did school teach you about people smoking plants? No dad, you did. What?? when?? rememer, when we used to watch COPS on TV.



Man, that was 2 years ago. Good memory. Funny kid.

Just an FYI for folks finding pipes that may have a residue amount of drugs in them--if for some reason law enforcement found you in possession of the pipe, they will likely arrest you for possession of either a drug related object or the actual drug if they get enough residue off the pipe to test.  

If I had a dollar for every defendant I've heard say they just found the pipe and picked it up to throw away so kids don't get it, I could retire.  

Even if it ultimately gets sorted out, it is a headache best avoided.

He freaked out took all of it we had..... And since we had a fire in the fireplace he threw it in......

Then my older brother explained they people smoked it and not use it in needles like my dad thought. My father didn't have much exposure to drugs as you can tell. He made us all go outside and the smell was unmistakable. Whole neighborhood smelled like it. Someone called the cops. We had to show them where we found it. Dad got a lecture about the proper way to handle these things.......
