| A good friend of mine just canceled Charter. They had a big lightening strike that fried their modem/router (as well as anything connected to it via ethernet, luckily just the NICs) and were given the same treatment. After two weeks of them saying they had sent people out there, and no one ever actually showing up, they just canceled. |
