Lots of things to drool over. Picked a sweet little deer hunting knife. So sharp I think I need a bandaid already.

Wish I could spend all weekend. Oh well.....

The KBar booth up front has some of those Zombie blades for $30 if y'all wanted them. Used to be $50 or more I think.

I'm staying away this year, my pocket book is still trying to recover from last year and I have too many gun projects going on right now to be tempted.  I tried to con Gentleman into bringing me something pretty and sharp but he just laughed.  Oh Well!

I went today for a while.  (sorry... just now checking in here or I would have called you!)

I found some really nice knives there.  I kinda want to load up some of my stash of snakewood, desert ironwood, rosewood, and some burls and go barter!  Desert ironwood blanks were $20-$40!!  Snakewood about the same for knife blanks, cane blanks were really high.  I may have just found a way to get a new can.... or 2.

I'm not sure if I will go back or not.  Maybe Sunday.

First time for me to go.  I was overwhelmed at all the vendors there.  I am very glad I went.

Oh yeah... ikickhippies is alive and well.  Nice seeing you again.  I have some Sprecher's RB in the fridge at home.    Sorry

I'll be hanging around booth 240 at dogwood custom knives booth helping him out tomorrow and sunday come by and introduce yourselves. I'd kinda like to put some faces to names.

Disclaimer: I have no personal financial interest Dan is a friend and I'm simply helping man his booth.

I had planned to go today but got called into work. I may sneak away from the office and make a quick walk through of the show. Not really interested or on the lookout for anything but I hope to run into some friends from a knife forum I am on.

Does he have any knives for sale there, I'm debating between one of his or a RMJ hawk

Went today and saw some killer knives and finally got my RMJ. I think we missed Jerico's table because we missed going up his isle and he wasn't on the vendor list. Saw his facebook picture and it looked liked we were on the next isle over Maybe he'll have some stuff left Over and I can drive up this week to pick one up. Think my daughter might end up with the Busse sword for Christmas.

Foreman, it was an honor meeting you man. Always nice to put a face with a screen name.

Blade was a big bunch of awesome. Met a metric fuck ton of people, pushed a lot of steel, gave out about 12 pounds of coffee, met the Gunny. He stayed at the table bullshitting for probably 10 or 15 minutes. Which was funny because he didn't stop at anyone else's table in our whole section. I did kinda screw myself by going in the hand made section instead of tactical, but I was right next to the Brend Knives booth and got to meet Walter Brend and talk to him a few times, so it was all good.

And I only managed to piss off one chic. So all in all a good show. Everyone should go. Pretty much everywhere you look there's more and more shit you'll want.
