| I came off the rubber tire loader at work wrong today and strained a muscle in my right lower lumbar today. I am now in the market for some sort of back brace and or support brace. I drive a dump truck and operate heavy equipment. I am constantly climbing up and down jumping around standing, sitting for long periods and also pushing pulling and lifting over 50 lbs. |

1. You are going to take it easy for a few days, right?
2. 800 mg Naproxen (aka Advil). 3. One of these will be just as good as any other, but no brace will take the place of good form and slowing down when working with heavy shit. I'm 30 years old and have the neck and back of a 55 year old because I wasn't willing to slow down. You do not want to be me one day- I can't even play rough with my kids, give them piggy back rides, et cetera. |

2. 800 mg Naproxen (aka Advil). You know us mil guys all laugh about the big Motrin or Naproxen, as it's what the medics give you for ANYTHING, but when you get hurt bad enough, those little sob's do the job. Stretch as much as you can when you can throughout the day. Every morning, every night. I tore some muscles in my upper back over a year and a half ago, and it still burns at times... Be careful out there. |
