This may have been asked before but I can't find it.  If a place of business has a sign that says "no weapons" are you allowed to carry with a carry permit.  The movie theater is Statesboro has a sign on window that says no weapons allowed.

Yes you can carry with permit but if they see it and ask you to leave and you don't you may face trespassing charge.

This.  In GA, signs do not carry force of law.

I have CC'd in the movie theater in Statesboro on multiple occassions without any issues, but I always keep the scenarios listed above in mind.  If I'm asked to leave, I will, without incident, but I will choose to never spend my money at the establishment again.

Yep, just ignore those signs. When you see them just think to yourself "Don't tell me what to do."

Whenever we go in places like that, my wife always shoots me the "you're going to get in trouble" look when she sees the signs.  I always shoot her the, "not if you don't shoot me those looks," look.
