*insert smartass comment here* dude that sucks. Yea and the kicker was that I was told to expect a 3-30 day wait Who ever told you that lied. After 3 days (or something short like that) they MUST do a pass OHthank you for that info! that makes everything a bit better but do weekends count? |

I have never had this wait before so it threw me off a bit |

After 3 days (or something short like that) they MUST do a pass Not true. It is up to the individual shop to determine if they want to release the gun. Some places, mainly retail chains, will not release unless they get an "Approve" OP- I strongly suggest you find a real local gun shop that you can have a relationship with. A place that actually knows the rules and how to treat people. |

I can kind of understand given their previous legal battles with Darth Bloomberg. I'd give Cherokee Gun a try. |

Im not a fan of AO, and while I have purchased several gun's from then I will not give them my business again. I do understand their choice to not transfer a gun until they get the OK. |

The law states that you (the FFL) CAN release it after 3 days, but nothing says that you have to. |
