Splain please. I figured this may require some explanation The SP-01 comes DA/SA I basically made an SP-01 into a SA only and added some goodies that are used on the Shadow
I did this without even looking at an exploded view but I did have to check the sear cage to make sure it would work.
ETA: Did this answer your query? If you're asking me to explain why I did it? Well then I can only respond with a question to ponder... Why does a dog lick his nuts

Now I understand why they don't let you work on the airplanes. They would never pass FAA inspection.

Thanks for the responses guys. I 've kinda needed a boost more than normal lately, but i won't get into it... Yup its me: as far as the small parts I'll keep them as everything I did can be reversed. The only parts you'll have a time finding are those safeties. if you have an SP-01 it should simply be a matter of changing the trigger and removing the disconnector. If you retain the safeties your sear block should stay the same.
ETA: To address the light strikes. I've got a 14lb hammer spring in it |

I take it you have a CZ?
Do you reload? If so, keep the 14 or even drop to a 13lb spring and use Federal small pistol primers.......light strikes will go away with the feds. What do you think about the torx head grip screws? I know this guy that knows this guy that has them
Just for trying to help why don't you PM me your address and I'll send you a pair speed |

My business partner is the CZ owner, and I am buddies with a couple of guys that shoot CZ's in USPSA. He and I have discussed that he wants a set of guts to play with to do his own trigger work on and mess up if he goes wrong. I am working on making a different set of grips, ones that are really thin. I know a lot of the comp guys swap out the stock rubber grips for the thin aluminum ones.... so I am playing with some stuff on a new set of grips. What thread pitch are the grip screws? I havent looked that far into things yet but know that the factory grip heads stick out way too far with the grips I am working on. I need something with a very slim profile head. |

Here's a pan head http://www.fastenal.com/web/products/detail.ex?sku=QM2520008ZP0000 Looks like Camcar textron is not making the 3.5mm x .6 thread pitch screws in torx head anymore that I can find The cust part# was 62254. I've only got about 30 left. I'd trust that if you find a source for allen heads you'd share as well |

I had a few light strikes so I'm gonna go to a heavier hammer spring.
