I have a LaRue hat with no button....one day I realized I could pop the buttons on all of my hats.

Look at "215 Gear" One of the better hats of  that type.  I wear it every day to work, the range, and comps.

What's the chances that there's an operator visor running around out there? When I wear a hat it looks like I could be a passenger on the short bus.  I don't know what the difference is but the visor looks lots better.

Aircraft Pilot stores also sell baseball hats without the buttons.

For the same reason.  

Headphones mash button into brain - make brain hurt.
