| I know we have some pest control guys here. Anyone do termite retreatment and repair bonds? I have a house I am selling near the ATL zoo and the buyer wants a one year bond. References welcome. Thanks. |

Your going to run into two types of warranties. Retreat only and retreat and repair. Obviosly repair "bonds" can cost more. Since your looking for a low cost option a simple bait system install with retreat only warranty may be your best choice. For an average sized house i can get costs usually under $500 including the first years warranty with no transfer fees to the new owner and they can choose to keep it for the life of the home as long as they continue to renew the warranty each year.
