I have been privy to some recent information… It seems that some of our GAHTF members have been performing really nice random acts of kindness towards other members. A few have been relayed to me recently and it never ceases to amaze me how generous they are. These members have done so out of the goodness of their heart with no recognition expected.
"Have you thanked your fellow GAHTF member lately"? I have been really fortunate since I moved here to Georgia with the outpouring of support I have received. I have thanked every one of them.

It amazes me as well. Last week I asked about the best place to get some gunsmithing services performed (shaving my FSB and installing my DD RIS ii rail) and I got at least 3 guys wanting to do it for free. I feel as if it is too much work to do for free, so I will definitely end up compensating them in one way or another.

I have to agree, I have met some great people on here, and many of them I know I could call and they would be here if I needed anything at all, awesome group of people on here. i agree 100%, we have awesome people here, so far everyone i've met in person is solid. i have to say the Augusta area crew has been outright outstanding, everyone here would give the shirt off their back to help someone, and BCCoop and his wife have become like family to my family  . GHTF is great even if we have Larue  j/k

I've managed to meet a fair share of the HTF people and agree, top notch people here.

Made me laugh Taught me stuff Fed me Gotten my wife reenergized about a job change Let me shoot on their land Let me use their gear Saved me money Handed me a handful of exactly the right ammo to finish a competition Tried to kill me with explosives in an old jeep With a large family, and a busy work schedule, I do not have the time to go fart around with my shooting buddies like I used to. This is damned near as much fun. None of you have clogged my toilets, or thrown up in my car or house. (yet) Thanks, folks. |
