What’s the best way to widen the opening at the bottom of my kydex holster? Should I use heat like a soldering iron or go with sandpaper? Need to make room for threaded barrel.

| hair dryer or dip it in a pot of boiling water, if you just want to modify one small area and don't have any experience with it at all, take a damp rag and lay over the kydex and only expose the area to be heated, this way you don't heat too much up and start losing shape to parts you don't want to. |
