What is the cheapest but quality place in the Marietta area to get it fixed? |

Did he inspect it before increasing the price? What do you mean by "threw a rod"? To actually throw a rod would require the connecting rod to disconnect from the crank shaft and/or piston which would result in immediate and catastrophic damage. Like a hole in the block and a bug puddle of oil. |

I never saw the car in its current condition |
