Does anyone have a spare buffer retention pin and spring? I am in bad need of one. Nobody around here has any and it will be 3 weeks before they place an order. I need this thing by Friday but don't want to pay for the whole lpk. I have a complete lpk minus the buffer pin and spring. I would gladly send you the money for it and for postage.

IM sent.  Are you a spring launcher too?  I am one of the best there has ever been about launching springs.

I have them if you want me to mail them or even send UPS.

Let me know.

Thanks to all the offers for the pin and spring. I was able to acquire what I needed. Its nice to know that with the exception of one person there are people willing to help out a complete stranger. Thanks again.

In late, glad it sounds like you got your problem sorted, but just curious - do those "lost parts" kits they have at Academy include the buffer retention pin and spring?

I'm not sure if they do or not. The closest Academy to me is in Macon. I live in swga, about 25 miles from Albany.

There a coupe of different parts kits out there.  Most of the time you will not need them.  When you do need them, you need them NOW.  They are pretty inexpensive and can pay their weight when you need one of the parts.
