Does the HTF have a favorite Honda mechanic?

I've got a 2000 civic that needs to have the head pulled off and put back on.

I have a machine shop to do the head work and I'm looking for someone to do the labor for the swap.

Thanks in advance.

Where are you at?  You might want to IM Buzzstrike.  He's rebuilt the motor on his brother's honda 3 times.  His brother is a dumbass, and thinks the redline is the shift line.

I've used J&L Auto in Suwanee. The guy who owns the place is down to earth, and might be willing to wheel and deal with you.

I thought I felt a disturbace in the ARFCOM.

Why does the head need to be pulled.

Bent valves from a snapped timing belt or a leaky head gasket?

Which engine do you have?

Where are you.

Nice to see you post up Delta.  Been a while.
