[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Getting 1911 refinished.

Guys I desperately need to have my 1911 refinished. Who in the ATL area is really good at it? I seem to remember a thread last year but....

It's not high end but it shoots like a dream and needs some help.

The factory finish will scrape off with a finger nail :(

Talk to your friendly HTF moderator they have a nice setup at Accurate Ordinance from what I hear.

Matt from Spartan Armory was the guy in all the threads last year and this year. He does amazing work and for great prices.

Check out Bookhound, I am picking up my refinished 1911 from them today.
