I made the genius decision to schedule that class right after PT every Friday so I could just sit and let my body cool off or stretch around a bit. The instructor was very cool about the class though as well as outside instructors he brought in. My main concern was for students. Especially this guy that was 250-275 lbs. who preached the evils of trans-fats and said we should have them banned by law for the benefit of society. He had to be late 20s or early 30s and I'm thinking geeze...the whole point of a class like this is to give you information so that you can make choices for your lifestyle. Can you not simply choose what foods you want to eat and not eat or do you need someone to hold your hand and tell you no?
