I live in unincorporated Gwinnett county. My house backs up to about 2,000 acres of woodland, that has subdivisions on 3 sides.   Last week I smelled something decomposing ***.  I checked and found part of a deer in the woods.  Yesterday morning I heard what sounded like 2 packs of coyotes yelping near the wood line.  Gwinnett animal control basically said unless the coyotes attacked a child, it was not their concern.  Suggestions?

*** One thing I never understood about the Caylee Anthony case, was the people saying mom’s car trunk smelled like “human decomposition”.  How does Human decomposition smell different from Dear or dog or the pot roast that slipped into the spare tire well decomposition?

Dead rotting flesh is going to smell like shit in this heat no matter what mammal it's from.  What you're smelling is probably just the deer.  How close are your neighbors?  I'll bring a can and my M4 and take out any four legged intruders for beer
