If you don't have some patience, the NFA game is very frustrating.
They can cash your check and it immediately go pending. Or, they can cash your check and it not going pending for MONTHS. Once in pending they could approve it that day or it could sit in "pending" for months. When the examiner says they "mailed it" back it can take WEEKS to arrive at the dealer. If they cashed your check just relax. There is nothing more you can do and continuing to think about it will just drive you crazy. Trust me on that. And for the record I am in the same boat with you! I've been waiting months on some Form 4s. |

Only 2 months. Must be a record. I hope mine goes that fast. My last one took 5 months. I think a lot of it has to do with which examiner you get. This is my first one not bought from Book, but he was very helpful although he did growl at me a bit.
