| O support from higher ups and no room to advance. They have no pay scale either. Its a clusterfuck department and has been for years because the city won't put money into it to get the pay scale going or to keep new highers there. Most new hires train a couple years here and leave. |

Two of our detectives went out there to question a suspect at their jail and when they came back, they were telling me that I make as much or more than their Captains, and I'm a nobody at a small department. |
