maybe it's me but it seems like we have less threads, less people posting on threads. i check ARFCOMseveral times a day and it seems like the same posts/threads have barely moved. is this just me i talked with 2 other members and they have the same thoughts, what say you guys

| i can see the holidays being a source, but last year HTF was clicking. i don't see the HTF turning into GD, there may have been a few name calling incidents, but NOTHING like GD. hell, i had a spelling nazi all over me here and didn't report him, he got rather personal, but i just blow that kind of thing off because he would not have said those things to my face, who cares it's the internet. i just wanted some other opinions, thanks fellows |

| Well I think the a lot of the problem is some people don't feel like posting just to get banned, if I can't be a smartass to a fellow arfcommer without getting scorned on here, what's the point. God forbid I post a picture of a black crayon for I might get banned. Seeing how it's easier to report someone because they hurt your feelings a little than to just laugh about it and realize that most people on here are good people and as friendly as can be. I know that so far, everyone that I have met from the HTF have been great people and would be proud to call them friends. If someone calls me a name or corrects my grammar, I'll take it as a joke. If someone calls Patrick/Arcfootball a Fancy boy though...that would be true... and I would agree, |

But I think what you've noticed is a return to how the gahtf was before the "look at me/I'm so great" posters came onto the scene. Seems they've moved on and things have returned to normal. I'm kinda glad of that to be honest. I like the HTF without the drama. I've been guilty of drama in the past and I fully admit it. But I've also turned my back on that crap. Now.... Who has the latest half fawn pictures?

There are a lot of good sub forums to visit also.... GD on the rare day can have it's gems too. I post on some old Chevy truck sites that range from prim and proper no cussing to you have to refer to other members as an a$$hole or you will be ridiculed. Each site I visit is unique in its own way and the information is priceless. All in all I have thick skin and mold myself to each forums rules. with that said I've working on heaters the past couple of weeks so i have not spent to much time in here
