Your not going to find it in Augusta :) Well guess it's easy to keep stock when everything is marked up almost double from what it sells for everywhere else, and sell used guns for more than the msrp is on it new. Guess if you know the guy you might get better service and prices, but I have went in there more than once actually looking to buy something and get treated shitty, even my first time in there I was disrespected because I asked to see more than one rifle, I was told to come back when I knew exactly what I wanted because he didn't have time to explain the difference between a sig556 and a ar15....this was before I knew anything about either one, I just knew that I wanted one and had some cash to blow. |

Steve is a good guy former Navy Seal, he's big an itiminating & it's take'swhile for him to warm up to you. There is a chance he will not like you at all, he's good judge of character & it not shy when it come's to hurting your delicate feeling's. He is also a man of his word's. I took him a first Generation Glock 22 to have an optic's mount installed. Well his employee buggered it up. Steve called me up & said he can send it off for repair or I could pick up anything he had in stock or order what ever I wanted. MY PICK So I took hima Glock 22 & he gave me a Bushmaster Carbon Pistol the one below worth about twice the ammount of the G22. 
How many Firearm's store's are willing to do something like that??? |

MY PICK So I took hima Glock 22 & he gave me a Bushmaster Carbon Pistol the one below worth about twice the ammount of the G22. http://i128.photobucket.com/albums/p166/akacoyotekid/DSC_1593.jpg How many Firearm's store's are willing to do something like that??? delicate feelings?  you obivously don't know me and as for he's a great judge of character, whatever. buddy, you are the first person in the year and a half i have heard say something positive about Sydneys. i moved here roughly in that time span and i started asking around at work, because that's the only people i knew in the CSRA at the time, EVERY single person said to AVOID your buddy, that's over 20 technicians. as i met people here, mostly through ARFCOM, it was the same statments over and over. your telling me that over 50 people are wrong, i did go with several guys from ARFCOM when we first moved here, and low and behold, every single person was right, i don't mind paying a little extra at a brink and morter store but his prices are insane, and then have somene talk to you like your a idot. i'm glad he took care of you, that's the first positive thing i've ever heard about that store. next time we have a HTF meet, i'll see if we can't set it up at Sydneys, i'm sure you could show 15 guys and gals what awesome customer service looks like

LOL, I actually believe I could find a quite a few people that would trade you a carbon 15 pistol for a G22, I would much rather have the G22, In fact, I've seen bushy carbon 15s for sale more than once for less than the price of a used G22. Even when I didn't know anything about firearms, I could still tell that Sydneys was nothing but a rip-off with shitty customer service....actually shitty service would have been a huge step up. Think you might be defending Sydneys to the wrong group of people. |
