I'm moving to another county. I expect that I need to get a new GFL in the county I'm moving to. How much of a hassle is this to do? Will they just print me a new one or will I have to go through the entire process again? God I hope not. If so then I may just need your help again DKing ( or at least your advice).

Wait for it to expire, there's no requirement to get a new license when moving to a new county and no mechanism to do so.

If your state I'd and your gfl do not match it freaks out some gun dealers. Other then that you can wait for it to expire. There are no renewals. You have to start from scratch every time you apply.

I've never had any problems with that, provided that one of them had my correct address on it. I'm pretty sure you are supposed to update your DL within 90 days of moving anyway.
