Well after waiting 52 days my GFL arrived March 12th,2010.
Just wanted to give some info to those who are waiting as well.
4 years 11 months till the next visit of Fulton County downtown.

52 days????? I got my last one in 5 in Columbia Co.

That is pretty good for Fulton - I had to renew mine and it was 62 days....My first one issue several years ago through Henry Co. was 78 days...

Henry County is doing a better job these days. I renewed back in January. I purchased a temp for a dollar so to make sure that I wasn't without a permit while I waited. They predicted three weeks, and that is pretty much the time I had to wait.
