Anyone familiar with the laws regarding sales of Handguns from a Georgia Resident to a Tennessee Resident? Does it have go through an FFL?

Yes, and it has to be shipped overnight to the FFL. I have used Fedex in the past.

Any possible way for both parties to meet at an FFL in Georgia and fill out the necessary forms there? Thanks for the quick response!

For a handgun you can meet at an FFL in the buyers home state. If it was a longgun you could use an FFL in either state.
