Well apparently Liberty Mutual won't cover a new dog as it falls under the blacklisted category unless we get a physical fence. Despite already having a dog that is an "aggressive breed" of which they cover for whatever reason this next one is a no go.

Does anyone know the law regarding ownership liability in Georgia, or also know by experience companies who will/offer other alternatives.

Thanks.

Our current dog is covered under the homeowners insurance as far as I understand. Policies have changed to deter people from this and now they would expect a physical fence for the "new" dog. It's a neighborhood as well, not living on a large chunk of land here.

It just stops people from taking everything you have if they were to wonder into your yard and get bit.

It's bullshit imo
