is that the guy being blown out and ran over?
7/1/2009 7:18:02 AM EDT
[#1]
no, its just the block coming apart, the crank is still in the tractor but the block is what he ran over.

The guy is safe and sound.  You can see him getting out of the tractor at the end.

It sounds like he was running a pretty high pressure ratio.... that was cool.

That's pretty cool.....I have never seen one with the block leaving the chassis like that......or what appears to be the top half of the block.

I had no idea there were tractor pulls in the Netherlands.  Damn, I knew there was something I forgot to do in Amsterdam.

I didn't know you were a member of southernjeeps.  I think I've met you before, a few years ago I sold a handgun to you, I think.  Or I may have bought George Strait tickets from you....???

Don't think so, the only S&W I've ever owned was a 642.

Nope wasn't you then. Ut was a 5906 with a shot out hammer and seer. Shoots twice at every trigger pool. Ordered replacement parts, got the seer only to find out the hammer isn't made any more.

BTW I was one of the first 75 members of SJ from back in '99. Don't associate with them any more.

Big motors, big fuel flows, custom fuel injection pumps and giant turbo's building big boost = a motor letting go in spectacular fashion from time to time.

Diesel Pullers are a kick ass motorsport to follow and the level of competetion is very high.

I was a member back around the same time.  I haven't really had anything to do them since around the same time Big Cheese had his falling out with them.

That someone was me :)

I gave him a 46 Willys to build a cage.  almost a year later he still didn't do anything.  blah blah blah all the members getting kick backs from him came to his rescue. blah blah blah, his wife leaves him his buisness goes under, blah blah blah

moral of the story: Karma is a b!tch.

Thats right, I remember now!  You're right, Karma is a bitch!  I remember a bunch of the guys leaving and starting another 4x4 club for any type of vehicle, not just a jeep.  I almost joined them but sold my play toys...
