My form 1 is pending as of Monday, should I go ahead and send off for my engraving?

YES ..... as soon as you send in the paperwork send the lower off.

Once the Form1 is approved you have a NFA weapon and it will require you to keep in your posession.  Since the form1 hasnt been approved it is just another lower at this time.
