Come on out.
Cost is $20 for non-members and $15 for members. Yeah, we have a few that just run iron's. I'm going to run them this time to show the GSG-5 some love. M. Quoted:
maybe i just overlooked it, but what is the price? Also does anyone run just iron sights? I know i wont win the thing but i would still like to have fun with it. Is it at "iron sight range" or does everyone run fancy optics? |

You know I'm in for it! Book, buddy pal, think you might be able to bring something for me so I can actually use it before June? if you are planning on getting there a little early maybe I can meet you and possibly have a few seconds to sight it in a little? oh yea I am in for this one. This is on Sunday right? if we get there early can we shoot suppressed a little before noon? I know he did want anything shot on Sunday before noon last time something was on Sunday. |

I agree, the rules should be changed .............. Adam cant run his Henry ........... but he didnt say anything about Adam running his DAD's Henry And I agree Fro is lieing ......... he doesnt have any friends, Daniel on the other hand has some pretty cool shooting buddies. |

Hey guys,
Looks like 3 of us from the ATL area will be going. We've shot other Matches but never the rim fire match. Looks like BIG fun. Can you answer a few questions? What is the course of fire? Which seems to be a better choice, low power scope or electronic dots? What is the longest rifle shot? HG shot? Can you shoot a second leg with a different rifle/HG? Anything you can share would be greatly appreciated! thank, Keith |

Scope or dots ... hmmm all on preference really and what you feel more profecient with. Longest shot.... well it will be under 50 yards .... thats the longest we get in the big pit. Yes you can enter twice. Once you start with one set of weapons you are required to finish with that set. Unless of course something seriously fouls up and renders the weapon useless. One of the best things to do would be to look back thru the archives at the various picture threads to get a little idea as well. |

Glad you guy's are going to come out and join us.
Adam did a good job of answering you questions but the only thing he left out is if your going to run more then one gun you'll have to pay for each class your running in. Looking forward to meeting you guy's and you should have a good time. M. Let me know if you have any other questions. Quoted:

Yep got a .22 mag for it...also got my NAA u could use it like a 3rd mag reload for up close Now anything else to make puddin enjoy the day |
|
So lets see here ....... two pistols is 12 rounds, 2 more cylinders is another 12 rounds, and a NAA is another what 5 rounds?
Puddin ................ new rule ........... no more than 26 rounds needed to clear a pistol stage. I mean thats equivilent to having a pistol and three mags almost right? |

Yeah, I don't care but the other guy's might have you hanging by your underwear at the end of the first stage. M. Quoted:

Is a holster required ? rounds per rifle stage ? I am thinking of a tube fed gun. will a .22 kit on the Uzi be ok ? total round count ? steel, paper or some combo ? Thanks wasn't last time there were atleast 2 tube fed guns last time uzi is required for you 550 bulk pack lasted for 3 shooters steel and clays last time. |

I ran a tube fed Henry one match cause my dad wanted to use his Henry as well, we had some "speed loaders" made basically a piece of brass tube that would slide into the feed tube with some easilly removable wood pegs to keep rounds from falling out. Put a piece of tape over the feed hole so they dont fall out immediately. I dont see why the Uzi would be inappropriate as long as it fires in semi. If its got a stock on it that will probably be your rifle and not allowed to use it as a pistol as well even if its an SBR, and the stock is easilly removable. Total round count is usually somewhere around 250 to 300, bring a 550 bulk pack and you will have enough. Usually a mix of steel and paper and possibly some form of other reactive target like clays or ballons. |

Didn't you run 22 shorts in that lever? Why are they gonna hang you from your underwear? And secondary question.. Will the underwear hold? Hell yeah I ran shorts in my lever gun. I was at a disadvantage running a lever gun to start with having long reloads so I tried to up the magazine capacity just a little bit by running shorts I got an exta 5 or 6 rounds I dont remember. I think it holds right at 20 using shorts. IF I had a pump gun Id run a pump gun using shorts as well. I reckon gonna hang me by my underwear due to being slooooooooooooow. And I dont know if said underwear will hold. Mom didnt buy me none last christmas or the year before so my underwear are a little old and need to be replaced this year. Mom if you are reading this I need underwear for Christmas ..... got plenty of socks. |

Mom if you are reading this I need underwear for Christmas ..... got plenty of socks. Don't you love the irony? When we were little we wanted toys and got underwear. Now that we are older we want underwear and get toys.... BTW mom I need some too. I can fart and nothing slows it down in some places. |

No holsters or slings are required for any of the .22 matches.
Rounds per stage will very. You will need at least two magazines per gun but I highly recommended three. The kit on the Uzi will be fine but it has to be simi auto and you will need a pistol as well. Round count will be 90 and 120 rounds for the pistol and 100 to 200 for the rifle. We will be shooting a combo of steal, paper and maybe some reactive targets. (I hope Walmart isn't out of aspirin) Let me know if you have any other questions. Just a side note. Most of the stages are designed to be fast so if your going to run a Tube gun I hope your really really fast. Quoted:
