The second article reads about 3-4 paragraphs down... "The restrooms and other buildings in state parks are not public gatherings, but the restrooms in a city park are, even though the city park itself is not. "

Restrooms in city parks are considered public gatherings!!!???  What about county parks?

That is insane.   Keep up the good work GCO, lets get this PG crap changed!

Those restroom buildings are publicly owned and therefore off limits.  The buildings in state parks are specifically exempted from the restriction.
