Well, I finally received all the parts, and finished my 9mm carbine.  Here are the specifics:

Spikes Tactical Lower
Hahn dedicated mag block
Standard LPK with RRA 9mm hammer
Magpul CTR (Mil-Spec) in Foliage Green
Magpul MIAD in Foliage Green
Magpul Enhanced Trigger Guard
Slash's 9Q 9mm buffer
Wolf Extra Power Action Spring
RRA CAR flat top upper
Older Aimpoint Comp M
2 ProMags
2 Cproducts mags (with old style followers)

The build went pretty smoothly.  I only sent one pivot pin spring and detent across the room (got on my hands and knees and found the parts.  Yay!).  One minor issue, apparently the enhanced trigger guard was slightly out of spec.  The front of the trigger wouldn't fit fully into its recess.  Some careful use of the Dremel, and the trigger guard was good to go.

Went to the range today, and right off the bat, had FTE with every mag.  The spent case stayed inside, right on top of the magazine, and kept the next round from chambering.  Took the needle-nose pliers and gently bent the ejector inward to lightly brush against the bolt.  That did the trick.  Both Cproducts mags and one ProMag ran fine after that.  The second ProMag wouldn't run.  It was a bit loose in the mag well, and I found that if I held the lower part of the mag forward, it very slightly changed the angle at which rounds were entering the chamber, and it ran fine.  I think I can make a slight mod to that mag to get it to run, but I am not pleased with ProMags.  I will be buying more Cproducts mags instead.

Overall, I am quite pleased with the carbine.  Next step is to SBR it, and build an upper with a TROS 5 inch 3 lug barrel, and mount up a can.  Should be tons of fun.

NICE!!

I have not yet got to pull the trigger on mine. Bolt has been sent off to be ramped and the barrel/can is going to AAC to check out why its so loose.

How is the accuracy?

I was just function testing, and all shooting was offhand at 25 yards, but keeping shots in 2-3 inches wasn't hard.

Any time.  I am making more time for shooting now.  I was getting too rusty.

Looks like with the new rule changes, I will have to join South River if I want to shoot there. . .
