In relation to this http://www.nraila.org/Multimedia/MMPlayer_Set.aspx?ID=105 IF Approached by a LEO or member of the government, on your property and they ask, for no legally quantifiable reason (You've done something against the law to get your guns taken away) to confiscate your guns. At this point aren't they involved in a illegal action and as such can be treated like a trespasser on your property? |

www.nraila.org/multimedia/mmplayer_set.aspx?id=105 Maybe, but if you defended yourself from illegal search and seizure in a time like this I think the only thing left would be your body. They wouldn't have to worry about the coming lawsuit in that case. |

I wonder what they would do if everyone filed stolen guns reports on thier guns. I bet they would start turning up left and right. The guns are probably in the hands of crooked cops, and shitty national guard soldiers. I feel that the police chief that made the order should be charged and stand trial for issuing an unlawful order, and everyone who took the guns should follow suit. As far as what would I do? When i lived in NC a hurricane came through, I took the wife kid and guns and got the hell out of dodge. I would have been gone before it all happened. If I had not have been able to leave for whatever reason. I really dont know what I would have done. Maybe "Yeah, I have this .22 pistol" |
No the wouldn't. NOLA has already lost several lawsuits and most of the guns still have not been returned. Now why isn't MR Chocolate City in jail for comtempt? |
When was the last time you saw a politician actually go to jail The laws do not apply to them
|
The Governor of Alabama went to prison. But I suppose that's an exception... |
Marion Berry. |
Agreed, if anybody hasn't figured it out in recent years. I don't care what stripes they wear, they are all pretty much the same and will sell you and this country out in a heartbeat. |
Didn't keep him from being re-elected.
