Great pic Fro! |
I didnt realize I caught brass n the air till I got home and looked at the pic...he thought that was just too cool |
| Those are great. It was great meeting all of you guys today. I have taken several pics of the range, the groups, and some action shots of some of the memebers. I will open a photo hosting account tomorrow and try to get them up there after I size them down better for the website. Any suggestions for the hosting site? |
I use photobucket...I haven't tried any others...this one works pretty good for me :) |
You are more than welcome. That is a 6 digit WWII Springfield with a leather sling like they used early in the war. I have tried to make that one especially as true to history as I can. |
|
I wanted to take pictures and video but I got so caught up with shooting, all I got was myself. Bookhound is filming and it is his M4: www.youtube.com/watch?v=RgJb0A0oE98 |

Cda97, If your kid likes the WWII stuff, let me know when we have another shoot and it will bring a Enfield and a K98 for him. I also love WWII history so I was in all smiles shooting a Garand for the first time today also. It brought out the kid in me. On a side note I really like to see the kids at these shoots. Maybe we could come up with some kind of fun competition or “challenge shoot” with a prize to encourage them to come out. Maybe some kind of little rimfire thing to see how many tin cans they can nock over in a time limit or something. -X-, thanks so much for letting me shoot your M92, it was the first SBR I have shot. I really enjoyed how well it handled. I hope you enjoyed my Sig 225. I f you don’t have a pistol yet a good 9mm is always a good start. |
| Hey Dana, that would be a great idea to have more children involved by having a competition of some kind or at least something to introduce kids to firearms. My son would also love to shoot a Mauser or Enfield and after yesterday I will be saving up for a CMP Garand. |

Sorry, I thought about it, but I brought out the car instead of the truck. I didn't have room for it. Maybe I screwed up. Did it disassemble into parts? It looked like it was all glued together. |

My daughter thanks you
