They just flashed it across the bottom of the screen on the Weather Channel...Twice in one week...damn global warming! And I have to run a route tommrow |
I wish I could claim it was mine, but I found it via Google images. My father-in-law had a similar one, but he sold it. We're (FIL, Dad, me) all in the Northwest GA Region chapter of the AACA, so we see a lot of them at shows. Big cars are HARD to sell, though. Everyone wants Camaros, Mustangs (fastbacks are top sellers), and 55-57 Chevys instead. Only a few people like me can appreciate the big cars. My 72 Skylark SunCoupe is one of those love it or hate it big cars too. |

Damn didnt mean to steal the thread .... but Im telling ya Norwegians LOVE old cars ....... especially if over 30 years old ....... they pay no taxes on em ...... the company I am working for has sold a bunch to a guy that exports em to Norway ....... got a bunch of old El Dorados that hopefully he will be buying as well |
| You guys are funny! I'm origionally from the Chicago area and to see people react to this "snow storm" is comical. I guess it is rare to see snow around here but don't believe the hype the weather channel puts out. I saw people on the news stocking up on groceries and almost busted my gut! |
Thanks for being from Chicago, here's a few things you need to get used to down here: 1) Bread, Milk, and Egg panic at approaching snowstorms is a tradition. 2) If you happen to slide off the road, 4 big redneck-type dudes will be along shortly in a giant 4-wheel drive truck to pull you out. Let them, they live for this. |

Hey Cletus, I will probably need your help because I drive a 1990 Mustang GT as a daily driver. I watch the weather channel every day to see if the weather is bad so I can determine whether or not to drive my wife's car or not. I hope you are at HTF shoot because I would like to know who you really are. I will be looking for your olive drab Arfcom hat |
