I'm not sure if I will go. For years I have spent the entrance fee just to keep the show coming. After the last few trips, I have been so miserably disapointed with the entire experience including the now $7 entrance fee, I am at loathe to continue funding life support for a turnip. I'm just sayin'.

I went. Got a new (to me) 870 from Josh. Looked like about 49 other people did as well. Now much else there that I found interesting though. If your into using Airsoft parts on your AR or paying waaaaaaaayyyyyyyyyy too much for some used guns you would have been in the right place tough. I finally found a 4 1/2" stainless superblackhawk, but some FUDD had taken the rear sight off and mounted a scope on it. Then wanted $650 bucks for the damn thing  I'da given $400 without the scope and with a rear sight.

me and 2 buddies from work went, it was ok i guess. north atlanta trade show will be the one i spend money. we drove from vidiala to buy an xd 45acp mag. i did see a ar15 kit rifle being passed off as something it wasn't for 899 these guys really kill me, my buddy matt and i had to stop and listen to a former british sas black op. super sniper tell a guy about how he accurized his sks's his model 1 sales upper on a superior arms lower was also what "our troops are using in iraq" i did enjoy the food on river street hope you guys did better than we did. it's like the macon show imo

I went on Sunday afternoon. I was surprised to see it costs 8 bucks now. I didn't see anything amazing. I must have walked past missionessential without knowing it. Mostly same old, same old. I didn't find any hicap cz 75 mags. Would there be any interest in going to the Florida Jacksonville show? I don't know when the next one is, but I get email updates. |
Alright. Next time it comes around I'll make a thread to see if anyone is interested. Even if I can't go, maybe something can be organized. I think, maybe, one can buy long guns from an FFL in Florida even if one is a GA resident. |
