Hey everybody I have decided to move up in caliber and make an attempt on a FAL build. I am already tearing through FALFiles.com and trying to find any other resources I can. Does anyone out there have the FAL specific tools I will need that would be willing to let me borrow or rent them. Or better yet, is there anyone who might be willing to lend a hand and give a bit of instruction? Any advice is also appreciated. I am going to get an Imbel kit and build on a Type II DSA upper receiver. I would like to get the barrel chopped down to 16.25" and put a phantom on it. Maybe down the road add the Para folding lower and railed cover. And if all that ever comes to fruition, I want to add the DSA railed fore-end. Thanks in advance for any help! |
I am not interested in setting up a build party at this time...I simply have difficulty blocking out that much time anymore. I will be glad to help you with a build at a different time though. Just understand that this is not my day job and I only help folks with builds in my spare time because I enjoy it. So it is kind of a 'when possible' arrangement. Oh, I am in Dawsonville. |
