The guys in the suppressor room say that you can help me out with a threaded barrel for my Ruger Mk 2.

Thanks.

I know he refers a lot of buisness to Jeff at the Firing lane in Athens.

Bookhound sells the complete top ends for MkII's from Tactical Solutions, but you won't be able to buy a new barrel like you can for a Buckmark.
Depends where you are in the state, Jered Joplin at Patriot Arms in Jefferson is my first choice for anything as his work is spectacular and he's got all sorts of cool toys on hand to play with.

If the MK II is a bull barrel - you can have it threaded and the front sight moved back easily. Otherwise get the PacLite with the threaded end from Mark or Bullseye in Lawrenceville.

moleman has a friend that's in E GA that's very talented and affordable.  I can email it to you if you like.

We've had some disappointments with recent work by Jeff @ The Firing Lane, and will not be recommending him any more.

Yep, with a tapered barrel you'll need to swap it out.
