No, I got out in Nov 02. I got recalled in Feb 03 with AT/FP orders. I got back to CLNC and checked back at the barracks and saw al;l my buds gearing up. I went to 1st SGT Z to see if he could get my orders changed. Un fortunatly there was not enough time as they were set to go wheels up within a few hours. So I ended up spending six months at the gate waving cars through and saluting passing cars. It sucked watching them saddle up and then not bieng able to go with them. Especially since we just came back from float Oct 02 after floating around off the coast of Pakistan for Enduring Freedom. |
