Aimpoints where are they made?
I saw a used one marked along battery case, Aimpoint, made in Sweden, M3. It has a throw lever mount looks like a 2 moa red dot.
Guy wants $200.00.
Deal or no deal?

Deal. If you've found a working M3 for $200 w/ any sort of mount take it. Aimpoints are made in Sweden.

Heck of a deal if it is a genuine working M3. Does it have box/papers?

No Papers or box. So cheap, I am suspicious. ?????? May be a fake or worse, stolen.

It's prob one of the "mil-surp" units. There has been an influx of them selling in bulk on ebay over the past year.
ETA: Did it have the flip up caps or a rubber bikini lens cover?

10-4 on flip up caps.
