Doubt it. Using activated charcoal to absorb impurties would probably work pre-ingestion rather than afterwards, but even then unadulterated ethanol is still a toxin and should be imbibed responsibly.

Most hangovers are not a result of toxicity but dehydration. Its difficult to keep the water level good when consuming diuretics like alcohol.

From what I understand you take them before drinking...but yes the dehydration is an issue.
