| I was speaking with Kevin today and he was laughing about the whole situation. Besides being out several thousand dollars in legal expenses he came out well. Kevin now has a court order that states how he is exempt of the Walton County noise ordinance, because of the Zell Miller range law the County can not limit his range expansion, nor can the County do anything to inhibit the operation of the range. Everything turned out well. |
Can someone give a legal site on this Zell Miller range law that overridges the counties noise ordinance? The Picken's County Gun Club in Jasper just recieved notice that a development is planned near their range. Thanks |
