What do the numbers on the rear sight elevation knob mean? Like 6/3 .... Thanks.

When properly sighted in, it stands for hundreds (300yds, 600yds, etc) of yards for the small peep sight.

They are range markings, i. e. 300m, 400m, etc. If you know the range to your target, you can dial in the range and use a center of mass hold to engage instead of using a holdover.
