I'll be heading out to CE this weekend to get some much needed trigger time, let's make it a party! Who's in? |
| Oh, that was you? You were the guy with AR15A1, and 1911 right? Ha Ha. Didn't know you were a member. I am glad you really liked my airsoft. Those plastic BBs are really accurate. Nothing with your AR15 though. They all shoot same bullet with a similar accuracy. Actually I want to buy AR15 again. Something colt with flat top. I will probably buy a preban regardless of the few hundred dollars of possible devaluation from AWB sunset. Anyone got preban lower they wanna sell? |

Yup, that was me. I changed out my flat top upper for that slab side upper and was trying to get the sights dialed in. I noticed that my front sight post would cant somewhat after each adjustment. And when the sun lit up my front sight pin, my sight picture went all to hell. I think I am close for now, will check it again at the next shoot. Were you bump firing, or do you have a "happy switch"? |
If driving from Atlanta, I-20 east to exit 98. Take a right and go down the road (south). You will go until you get to the town of Mansfield, GA. From the train tracks in the middle of town you will travel 2.7 miles, when you will come to a sign for Charlie Elliot WMA. Take a left, and the range is 1.4 miles down the road, on the left. The paved road will turn into a dirt road just before the range. There is a sign indicating where the range is, and you can see it from the road. The range is about 1 hour driving time from downtown Atlanta. |
| And to add to them instructions. If ya coiming from way south of Atlanta ( ME ) take highway 83 .You can pick it up in Forsyth.Go till you get to Monticello .Take 11 north from there. You will go lets say 10-15 miles( sorry ) and the rd and sign will be on the right.Don't take the first CE sign.Take the second one. Follow it to the range. Can't get lost...:) From forsyth its about a 45 minuet drive. WarDawg |
