Vagina...yeah, right. If that's a vagina, an extra hole excavated in your buttock with a dull garden shovel is an anus. These "sex change" operations are pure mutilation and what you end up with is ugly, twisted, nasty, and useless in the extreme. Those who desire such operations should be locked up with the most attractive members of the opposite sex, people who are very good at showing you the joys of what you were born with. Heterosexual evangelists, if you will. Professional reprogrammers. Of course, if word got out that this was the normal treatment, EVERYBODY would be claiming they want a sex change!
