| Anyone here from there? Im looking at purchasing some property with future plans on building on, Im wondering if there's any weird rules/laws I need to look out for? I found 25 acres for under $100k, sitting at 3600ft with awesome views, pasture land and 2 springs, its exactly what Im looking for in retirement and investment land. Like I said I just wondering if anyone can me anything about the local ordinances and politics that might sway my decision. |
